Part-Time Baker

We're on the hunt for night owls who are into baking (or want to be) to join our fun, fast-paced kitchen team at Dilly Dally Donut Bar in Bozeman. Whether you're a student, a retiree, a former chef, or a passionate hobbyist, this could be your sweet spot.

Position Details:

  • Shifts Available: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 2-4 days a week, days are flexible

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Pay:

    • $20/hour for little to no experience

    • Up to $22/hour for those with relevant culinary or baking experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mixing, baking, decorating, and glazing our gourmet donuts

  • Prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen

  • Occasionally helping with customer service (if needed)

  • Working alongside a small, supportive team led by our executive chef

Who You Are:

  • Reliable and cool with late nights/early mornings (like, before the sun early)

  • Passionate about baking—or curious and ready to learn

  • Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move with purpose

  • A team player with a good attitude and no fear of a little flour dust
